Welcome to The Gulf Side Motel. We are located on the Gulf of Mexico in a little bit of paradise called Cedar Key, Florida. We offer quaint rooms and efficiencies and we are located at the end of Highway 24, within walking distance of the best area restaurants, gift shops and the downtown Historical district.

The Gulf Side Motel is one of the oldest motels in Cedar Key and the only Motel directly on the Gulf. Come and relax by the water, fish from our covered pier, or relax on our “porch” swings overlooking the water and enjoy the cool breeze. Our efficiencies include fully equipped kitchenettes with basic dishes and cookware as well as a microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

All rooms are located on the ground floor with the exception of our HoneyMoon Suite, which is located upstairs and has a great view of the water from its balcony.
